Returning or changing your product

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Official Hard Merch. To exercise this right you can contact us via Info@officalhardmerch.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned and received in good order.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Products where the label has been removed cannot be returned. Also if there is no packing slip included or any name or order number inside or on the box. We can not return, refund or change your item.

Pay attention:

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

• With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
• that have been used
• that have a smell and/or been damaged
• that are in no condition for re-selling
• that have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
• that are clearly personal in nature;
• that cannot be returned due to their nature;
• that can spoil or age quickly;
  whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
  for individual newspapers and magazines;
  for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
